	David Weatherbee President/Founder David Weatherbee is a multimedia specialist with 25 years of experience in facilitating the communication of key messages in electronic media. Leveraging his computer experience, he was at the front of the "digital video revolution". He started Weatherbee Media in 2003 as a company capable of delivering training and learning materials by computer.



Janice Tabbut Business Director Northeast Region Janice manages projects from discovery through deployment. She moves the projects forward while coordinating customer requirements with the programming staff, maintaining scope, delivery targets and schedules and ensuring top quality of the final product. Janice started her career at Weatherbee Media in July of 2005 by stepping right into a project for JK Associates midstream and moving it from a standstill point to actively providing enhancements. Janice applied real-world knowledge and imaginative solutions to banking systems and other client projects at Big Rock Consulting from 1997 through 2003. At Olivetti North America from 1984 – 1997, she started as a systems analyst and worked her way up to Product Manager where she championed an industry-leading product from inception to market success. Janice has a Bachelor of Science – Human Resources Management from Stonehill College, North Easton, Massachusetts. Carl Paukstis Principal Software Developer Carl joined Weatherbee Media in May of 2008 as Principal Software Developer where he now develops applications in .NET C#, Linux PHP, Flash and other technologies as appropriate for Weatherbee Media's customers. Carl's career started in 1978 with AIMS, Inc. a specialty software developer in Monroe, LA. He learned a lot at AIMS about programming in COBOL, about managing developers, about starting a small business and about growing a software company. From 1984 through early 2000, Carl worked at "The Company Of Many Names" in Spokane, WA. He advanced from Senior Software Engineer to Vice President, Software Development as the company was acquired 3 times and renamed 10 times in 15 years, starting as ISC Systems and progressing through Olivetti North America to Getronics. After a stint as Director of Software Engineering at startup Packet Engines in Spokane — which was acquired by Alcatel and then closed in 2001 — Carl returned to AIMS for 5 years to run a .NET redevelopment of their core business application product. Carl has a BBA (Data Processing) from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Angela Travaglini Creative Director Our Creative Director believes that graphic design is not just a profession but her passion. At Weatherbee Media, Angela oversees all creative projects, developing creative programs and design concepts to meet the objectives of the client and advance brand strategy. She owns the overall quality of work produced by the creative department. At Innovative Print & Media Group as Senior Art Director from 2000 - 2004, Angela implemented ideas from concept to completion, helped develop creative strategies, developed and maintained brand integrity for B2B companies, directed the production of art for large scale jobs, presented concept boards and rationale to new and existing clients, and collaborated with teams on websites, online learning systems, email blasts, and banner ads. Angela began her career as a graphic designer with Bonatodesign. She has coordinated pre-press production and materials to outside vendors, managed production schedules, obtained competitive estimates, directed photo shoots, designed magazine covers and spreads for jewelry publications, designed ads, brochures and mailings for various clients and industries. Angela's BA in Commercial Art is from Millersville University, Lancaster, Pennsylvania
